Pros: Nothing
Cons: Car was filthy, less than half a tank (on full to full contract), no aerial,safety vest or emergency triangle, and we found out later that the tyres were ALL dangerously over-inflated. No paper contract - only emailed contract that we received after leaving the pick up office.
