The car certainly helped us get out and about to see interesting things. Unfortunately we were pulled over by the police in the way back to Cancun and falsely accused of speeding. We declined to make any payment at the roadside and asked to go the police station. They lost interest and let us go, hence I suspect they had an ulterior motive. An unpleasant end to the trip.
