After disembarking, make your way to T2 at Melbourne Airport. Cross over the the 2nd lane opposite T2. Walk to the off-airport shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off area. Once in the shuttle pick-up area, look for the White Shuttle Bus with Green Easy Parking logos If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours. There are no available baby seats in the shuttle bus. Children under 6 months are unable to travel on our shuttles, if this affects you, please contact our branch who will assist in collecting your driver to return to the rest of your party. If a customer cannot be contacted by Alpha or does not complete their express check-in before branch closure the customer will not be able to pick up the car and will need to collect it the following day or once the branch opens. Please make sure for any after-hours Sydney bookings you are providing Alpha with customer's phone and email as otherwise, you’ll need to take responsibility for the booking yourself.

Local Renter's security deposit is $2000 and vehicle must be collected between 8:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday - Sunday. Local Renters will not receive a vehicle if they do not meet these conditions. Once you have your luggage and have exited the airport terminal, call +61393345777 for collection by an ANDREW'S AIRPORT PARKING bus. Melbourne Airport Collection Zone is in the second lane of traffic outside Terminal 2. Within the HOTEL & OFF AIRPORT PARKING BUSES collection area.

After collecting your luggage, please call the office phone number to arrange your shuttle pick-up. If you are unable to reach the office, proceed directly to the shuttle pick-up point. Terminal 2 - International ● From Arrivals, walk towards Terminal 3 (T3) and exit through the main doors. ● Cross the first pedestrian crossing, then turn left. ● Follow signs for Hotel and Off-Airport Buses. ● Continue until you are across from Terminal 2, near the large Melbourne sign and wait for the Skypark shuttle van. Terminal 1 - Qantas Domestic ● Exit through the doors opposite the baggage carousels and cross at the pedestrian crossing. ● Turn right, follow signs for Hotel and Off-Airport Buses. ● Continue until you are across from Terminal 2, near the large Melbourne sign and wait for the Skypark shuttle van. Terminal 3 - Virgin Australia Domestic ● Exit through the main doors from baggage claim. ● Turn left, walk to the pedestrian crossing near T2 & T3, and cross the first pedestrian crossing and turn left dnd follow signs for Hotel and Off-Airport Buses. ● Continue until you are across from Terminal 2, near the large Melbourne sign and wait for the Skypark shuttle van.
