The shuttle will pick you up at the Brown Bus Shelter. From T2 (INTERNATIONAL): Walk towards T1 on your left, cross the pedestrian crossing, then turn right to find the Brown Bus Shelter where the shuttle will arrive. From T3 (VIRGIN): After crossing the pedestrian crossing, look for the Crew Buses sign on your left. Walk past it and wait near the Brown Bus Shelter for the shuttle. From T4 (JETSTAR & REX): Head towards T3, cross the pedestrian crossing, and look for the Crew Buses sign on your left. Pass this sign and wait for the shuttle near the Brown Bus Shelter.

This should all take a maximum of 30 minutes from collecting your bags to getting to the location until you depart. The return journey will effectively reverse this process.
