Domestic Terminal: Exit door 9 (outside Jetstar). Walk across the pedestrian crossing and wait in the very last
bus shelter.
Pick up information between 08:01-5:59
All After Hours Pick Ups must be prearranged and are NZ $50.00 (including
airport transfer). If you do not have an After Hours Pick Up listed on your confirmation, please contact us and we can add this to your booking. Once prearranged, when you arrive in Auckland, you will need to contact Flyaway at 0800 77 66 99. We will charge the full amount due for the rental on the working day before your rental begins, using the credit card you have supplied when booking. To ensure your vehicle will be waiting for you at our after-hours service, please ensure there are adequate funds on this credit card.

Check-in is recommended at least two hours before pick-up and is mandatory at least 12 hours before closing time if the pick-up is after hours.
For pick-up during business hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM): Once ready for pick-up, call +64 3420 2878 to order the shuttle. The shuttle is a white van with a YES RENTALS yellow label. For the Domestic terminal, wait outside Door 7 in front of Jetstar Departure. For the International terminal, after the customs security check, exit through Door 8, walk across the pedestrian crossing, and follow the sign for “Off-site Shuttle Transfers” to the shuttle waiting zone; this walk takes about 5-7 minutes. The shuttle will take about 15-20 minutes to reach the Yes Rentals depot.
For off-hours pick-up (6:01 PM – 7:59 AM): If collecting the vehicle outside business hours, contact +64 92 800 470 in advance to arrange for pick-up. Ensure sufficient funds are available on the provided credit card for the rental amount, which will be charged the working day before the rental. All off-hours pickups must be prearranged. Upon arrival at Auckland Airport, contact Aripark (Heartland Hotel).
