Dallas Love Field is Dallas' second airport. Though it is much smaller than Dallas-Fort Worth Airport, it is still popular and a major hub of Southwest Airlines.

There is only one terminal at Love Field with 20 different gates. It's easy to walk around and there are services for the disabled.

Location

Love Field is located roughly 7 miles north of Downtown Dallas, the drive taking about 15 minutes without traffic. It is much closer to Downtown Dallas than DFW is.

Car rental desks

All of the rental desks are in the hallway leading to the baggage claim with shuttles available on the lower level of the transportation center to take customers to the rental cars.

Services and facilities

Love Field is a smaller airport, but it has all of the amenities you would expect of a major airport. There are newsstands, restaurants, a lost and found office, ATMs, smoking areas, water refill stations, and a dog relief area.

Nearest gas station

There are two stations right outside the airport if you approach it from the Dallas North Tollway. There are also at least two stations if you exit I-35E from downtown Dallas at the airport exit.
