Customers must head towards P5 located on the right of the terminal and wait near the "MINI BUS" line (spot 07 marked on the ground) where they will be collected by the Goldcar courtesy bus.
If the bus has not arrived yet, the customers can wait there for it. This shuttle bus will take them directly to our office located just outside the airport (no more than 5 minutes distance).

Lovely island, great hotel but the main purpose was to watch whales, only managed two trips and seen one whale. 3 trips cancelled. Nobody’s fault as you can control nature but that along with a 2hr departure flight delay and a 3hr return flight delay took the shine off it.
Lovely people and the restaurants are great value for money.

I had read the bad reviews and was slightly worried but this was by far the cheapest deal and to be honest I can’t fault them. The pick up area is outside the airport in the furthest car park but a 2 minute walk. Pick up was smooth and we actually got there an hour early, but they gave us it early. Car was fine without any problems, drop off was quick and full deposit was returned quickly. I don’t believe that they tried to purposely look and ‘find’ damage, but did a walk around inspection and was fine. Would use again.
