Pros: Courteous, very helpful, car was spotless with a full tank of fuel and the car was there waiting for us.

Cons: Service was perfect, the position of their office was difficult to find in a foreign country dragging your cases behind you. It seemed to be hiding behind the others and their logo needs to be bigger, brighter and loader to be seen more easily but service perfect.

Pros: I liked everything about the service provided by the agent. He had a good knowledge of English and was both friendly and helpful.

Cons: The only tricky bit is that it is the furthest away of all the car rentals at Olbia airport, but that wouldn't stop me using them again.

Pros: Our flight delayed. We had to pick up the next day. Contract with Discover only lasts 2 hours. Viaggiare were extremely busy. They had no cars. However, they did sort us out a car - and not only that, they upgraded us as I really didn't want a Fiat Panda. Very pleased with their service and compassion for our situation.

Cons: Huge queue when we arrived. Had to wait outside in full Sardinian sunshine. Very slow queue too. However on return there was no queue. They were clearly very busy, but it would help if they had one extra member of staff on the desk perhaps, considering the size of the queue.
