Pros: Stouts are very very good

Cons: Not their fault but as with rest of world each visit it gets more expensive . We had a basic car this time a nice car but in the past we have had more exotic options but these are not worth the extra cost now .all-out need is a car to see the island

Cons: Some confusion over the price and the model we had (Toyota rush) wasn’t very powerful so driving up some of the more hilly roads on east coast made for an interesting drive

Pros: Courteous staff and overall process customer centric.

Cons: The car could have been a little more current. For example, there was no remote key fob. Also, there were a few nicks and scrapes on the exterior.

Pros: Stoutes were responsive when we contacted them. We missed one dent in the rear door during the delivery check - this was not recorded on the "damage plan". However I had videoed the check and reported this to Stoutes when we noticed the oversight. They were very helpful and we transferred the video recording via WhatsApp to confirm the pre-existence of the damage.
