Pros: I was paranoid that we would be charged extras as I had read some dodgy online reviews about RentSmart24 ... so when we arrived, we took loads of photos and videos of the car before we drove off. When we dropped off the car, they were so chilled! Won't stop me from doing the same again as you can never be sure ....

Pros: All was good, we didn't receive chains and were staying I'm Grizanna where we had ptobably 1-2 m of snow at some places, but roads were cleaned constantly and we wouldn't have used them anyway, but panicked at first after we saw so much snow 😆

Pros: Excellent service received by the female agent however she was so busy she needed another member of staff.

Pros: We had to call a phone number from the airport to be picked up, luckily we had enough credit on mobile, but if not it would have been a problem. The pickup and set down was efficient, only 5 minute drive from the airport. The car provided, a hybrid Panda, was not what we expected, it was a city car and when we drove it on Tuscany's steep hills, it struggled. But it was cheap and small. Small is particularly important on narrow roads in Italy.

Cons: They made us sign a contract on a tablet, before producing the policy paperwork. They said it would be sent via email, but the email never arrived.
