Pros: Although they were not at the airport to "meet & greet" us, as they said they would, a couple of messages later and we were picked up, driven 5 minutes to their office. Manager spoke good English, was very pleasant and helpful.

Pros: Friendly and very supportive of us when we were extremely late (not our fault due to road closure) returning the car with only a 30 minute margin to make our flight. We phoned ahead in order to warn. The Positive Car Rental agent was waiting at their offsite location and drove us immediately to airport

Cons: Only a minor thing.....they were confused by the additional excess insurance voucher I took out prior to arrival but it was soon clarified and no additional costs were incurred
