Pros: Very helpful pick up agent named “Michael” at Corfu - although our name wasn’t in his list, we waited with him as he had another name . Car was clean

Cons: Due to the fact our names were not on the agents list, we waited necessarily at the airport (our plane was already delayed), we then incurred an additional fee after midnight (which was not our fault!) we had already paid an out of hours fee too! The agent in the office would not listen and charged us a further €15. The car was damaged, scratched and dented on all sides (so I video it)
