Pick-up instructions
When leaving the terminal, turn left and continue walking along the same sidewalk until you reach three poles with large flags. Just before arriving there is a pedestrian crossing, you must cross it to reach the public parking, continue straight, and at the end is the meeting point, where the Gobycar bus will pick you up. (Remember that the meeting point is in the public parking). The bus runs every 5-10 minutes. In case of any incident, please call 0034 822 255 559 / 0034 828 124 454 .

Pros: Some poor reviews made me concerned but Gobycar were great, they sent exact details regarding the mini bus pick up at the airport. The queue was a little long it took 20 minutes to be served at the hire desk but in general it was a really good service and great value. I will use them again

Pros: collection from terminal was excellent - WhatsApp pictures and directions, spot on. Driver helpful and professional. Desk clerk who did the handover was friendly and efficient. Car was better than expected and exactly what we needed. All staff friendly, professional and exactly what was needed after a long flight/day travelling. Great job!

Pros: Provide better directions to get to the transfer bus. Eg. From the airport arrivals. Cross over the car rental carpark to the far side of the carpark. Then turn left and walk to the bus stop. The bus stop should have sign with "Gobycar pick up point"

Pros: After prevoius horrible experience renting car at polish company Panek, I had bad feeling about renting car again from any place. But.. this place restored all positive energy about renting cars. First, easy pick up to place where you can get your car and documents. All paperwork showed as supposed. Upon my suprise as this was in Spain e had a worker which spoken our language (Polish) and he was ultra friendly and helpful. Offered us couple additonal things but without pressure.

Cons: There is not thing to dont like, all other companies should take example from this one.

Pros: Absolutely nothing, scam company

Cons: So many dents and knocks on the car when picked up. Photos emailed to us were only of previous date and not of the condition of whole car, therefore unable to check that the damages she claimed we had made were not actually there when car picked up. Husband asked to sign an Ipad, not sure what signature was for as it was just a blank screen, agent spike far too fast and we were unable to understand her fully.
