Arrival at Terminal 1: At your arrival at the Lanzarote Airport (Terminal 1), and after you have
left the baggage claim area,please go up to the first floor. In front of the Terminal you will find the public parking, please search for parking place 11A. A Gobycar shuttle bus will pick you up there.
Arrival at Terminal 2: At your arrival at the Lanzarote Airport (Terminal 2), please go to Terminal 1 and follow the intstructions for Terminal 1.
The bus runs every 5 to 10 minutes.
In case of any incidence, please call 0034-828 124 452.

Pros: Great service by GobyCar agents when we got there.
Cons: On the arrival at the airport, none of the people knew where Gobycar was and having been sent to the other car rental car parks. My partner was using a crutch to walk then we were directed out of the airport to the bus stop where a shuttle could pick us up, but there was no sign in the airport arrival lounge.

Pros: They fast, efficient, precise and there were no hidden fees. Everything was how it was described on the website.
Cons: The security deposit was particularly high but they clearly stated it before purchase.
