Pros: Fast efficient service. Friendly, helpful staff. No hidden extras on car return. Just top up on fuel to full and 45R admin fee. Very pleased. Unlimited miles even though we travelled over 4,300km.

Cons: Nothing. We would definitely use First again.

Cons: Very friendly and efficient and did not have a speed limited on the car which Hertz did, very unhappy with Hertz

Pros: Collection could be a lot easier. Lots of online forms to fill and very confused payment system. Wouldn’t except my Chase card as payment.

Cons: Collection took much longer than than any other hire company I’ve used in CapeTown.

Pros: Due to an unexpected circumstance, I had to change to dropping off in Cape Town City rather than at the Airport. This was not a problem.

Cons: I had difficulty finding First Car Rental in the city, but thankfully a representative guided me on the phone to their location.

Pros: We have used them every time w e have gone to Cape Town over the last 15 years.

Cons: It is a long way from baggage claim to the First Car desk. There are difficult slopes on the way which are difficult to negotiate with a full luggage load. That is not The car rental company’s fault. The collection time is prolonged
