Cons: There email instructions were misleading - “someone will meet you at departures”. Just state it is a 800 metre walk down the road from terminal

Pros: Friendly and efficient staff

Cons: We had to wait and then call before being picked up from the airport. The office had a different name which was confusing when we needed to swap cars. It was hard to find.

Pros: Prompt efficient service.

Cons: Had to phone Exer to meet us at the airport. Unhappy about the 800 Euro deposit not being refunded until up to 30 days after inspection of the car on return. Their terms infer it will be refunded immediately. Very poor show!
