Pros: Friendliness of the agents, condition and size of the car. Cost was excellent.

Cons: The pick up was lenghty. The agent was good but I had to wait over 45 minutes for someone to check us out of the car park.

Pros: Ordered sat nav didn’t have one in the car. Car had broken under panel reported at Collection lady said ok to go, disnt offer to repair or replace the vehicle. Sand in car as you’d expect on a beach island, didn’t have a problem. Spent so long navigating using a map without the pre ordered sat nav. Just dropped car off and they said would charge $75 for ‘excessive sand’ we have driven to beaches touring the island and never expected to be ripped off like this for walking on the beaches

Cons: At drop off woman said she would speak to her manager. I will show my credit card company my videos before I took the t and when I dropped it off when I dispute the charge.

Pros: Kirann was excellent in keeping us informed, as all the Managers had disappeared but the situation was beyond her control.

Cons: On our arrival at the Drive-A-Matic office and after completing all the paperwork, we had to wait for over two hours for the car that was allocated to us to arrive whilst people who arrived after us were provided with their cars almost immediately. When we asked for updates, we were told a number of different things such as, it was being cleaned, the driver is on his way, it would be here shortly etc. I think it may have been due to us not booking direct with them!

Cons: A Discover cars sign is not on the front of the office. Drive-A-Matic is above the door. Would be helpful is instructions made it clear that we should look for this office. Apologies if I missed this in the paperwork.

Pros: Found the staff very friendly, polite, helpful & professional. The car was lovely to drive. I received it clean, with a full tank of petrol, and the car manual in the glove box.

Cons: My only issue was that the tires were too full of air, so did not have enough grip on the road, and screeched when going round corners, no matter the size/speed. I highlighted this when I returned the car, and the agent agreed (apologies for forgetting his name). But I will def hire the same type from Drive-A-Matic again.

Cons: That we have to fill out the same forms every visit to Barbados, I have rented numerous times from you and this paperwork should be able to be saved and uploaded each time I come down to Barbados.

Cons: The car was not full of fuel. It had just over 3 quarters of fuel. The problem is that I realised this after leaving the airport and unless I want to spend more time returning to the airport, I just had to keep going. I returned the vehicle full.

Pros: It's the second time I have rented a vehicle from you and both times the service you have provided has been friendly and helpful. First time was the car being delivered at resort and the second time was a direct pick-up from the airport. Staff very attentive and helpful both times.
