Pros: always a good company to deal with.
Cons: Long wait to deliver car with no communication. They were one hour late in delivery. They could have called us to let us know of delay but they did not reach out to the hotel.

Cons: Picking up the car is so long winded, would possibly benefit a few more people working after five pm. I think I must of waited at least 45 minutes, the man in the line in front of me gave up and got a taxi. It would be good if the pick up proceedure could be speed up.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
