Cons: We noticed our back tyre was bulging in the side wall, we were told that someone would come out to replace the tyre at our villa, but nobody turned up nor were we called by customer service. This wasn’t a major issue, but we wouldn’t want to take the car on a long journey for the fear of a blow out.

Cons: The collection took much too long. I arrived at the office at the time I specified, but it still took over an hour to speak to the agent, then deal with the documentation. Then the child car seat was not fitted, and I was left to fit it myself. I couldn't do it, so I had to go back to the office to ask someone to fit it for me. This whole collection experience spoilt the start of my holiday after a long tiring flight.

This is the first ever rental agency where we received a tourist guide of the country and also very impressive inspection process where they take pictures and a video of the car with you and you immediately get a copy of the inspection pictures and videos. Really thorough, transparent and efficient inspection process.

It was on the dash, on the left of the steering column. Didn't try to turn on the lights until it was pitch black. When we called an agent to help and to register our complaint, they hung up. Drove home with no headlights.
