Pros: Fantastic service, we were met at the airport by a representative, taken by a shuttle to the car hire office& given all the details before being given the car, with fab air con we were all impressed.Everything was explained & on our return, the car was checked, all was well &we were then taken back to the airport by shuttle, without any waiting around. Great service! I was worried about hiring a car for the first time after reading many horror stories, but will definitely use CarQ again.

Cons: The car was slightly damaged but that didn't matter too much.
