Cons: After flight, long queues and slow pick up. Also, the security deposit which should have been just held against the credit card, was actually fully charged onto the card. Most companies don't do this and after complaining, we have now received the refund. However, because it was charged and refunded, we lost money on the exchange rate, which would not have happened if it was done as a hold transaction. Hence, now out of pocket with no fault of our own. Very annoying and won't be using you again.
Pros: Drop off point in airport car park makes it quick and easy
Cons: I booked a Citroen cactus and received a Hyundai i2 which was ok but quite a bit smaller. I had a late departure flight so when booking I indicated that I would not be able to return the car at the same time that I picked it up. It would be about 4 hours later. I was quoted a price and was happy with it. When I arrived to pick up the car they told me it had to be returned at 12noon and I pointed out that I requested a later drop off so they said I couldn't have a car. Eventually I paid extra.
Pros: No issue my credit card went though twice and refund was done within a day staff very helpful car all good and clean
