Cons: The battery for the key which started the car showed as running out and needed replacing. They decided to replace the car rather than just a key battery so we had to wait along time for them to come and change the car. they bought a battered, dirty car that smelt of cigarettes so not great and we wasted a half a day waiting around. The staff however were really lovely though, all of them were very pleasant and helpful. The first car we had wasn't in a great condition either!

Pros: Very kindly allowed us to drop car at international departure drop off, instead of parking D, as we both were unwell.

Cons: took and hour for meet and greet to arrive and more than a day to replace a broken car. The second car couldn´t lock. If you tried, the car starter wouldn´t work

Pros: Very friendly staff once we found him. Very easy drop off.

Cons: No desk, just a bloke at a cafe. Quite a few hirers wandering around trying to find them - thus quite a wait. Driven off site to an industrial area to get the car.

Pros: Despite the negative reviews, I was very satisfied with them! I got a small Toyota Vitz Hybrid which, although it was a bit older but performed very well and they are guaranteed to be the cheapest on the Island!!

Pros: On return the man we met was very friendly, professional and efficient

Cons: The man we met to collect the car was rude, drove us to their yard in an extremely unsafe manner - speeding and nearly causing 2 accidents. Then tried to hand us a car that had clearly been in a front end collision and repaired on the cheap to a terrible standard. Then argued that it was the car I had ordered. Eventually changed out for another car but terrible start to an expensive trip after a very long flight

Pros: Car was in good condition & drove well. A worked well and was fuel efficient. Customer service was friendly.

Cons: À little confusion on collection and had to be taken to a compound to pick up our car which after a 12 hr flight was a little unnerving. Returned the car to where we were told to but no representative and phone number didn't work. Had to walk to terminal to find another number then walk back to car park where rep made themselves available. A little confusing but all went well.

Pros: They messaged me from the day before providing instructions. Messaged them my documentation so they could get everything ready. On arrival everything was so efficient as they had completed all the paperwork. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Pros: Shocking. Every trick in the book. Car given as half full was actually one below half full. Agent used a google exchange rate on payment. We had to pay to get out of the car park and leave the airport and then he tried to charge us for cleaning the car at the end even though it was clean
