    Taormina beautiful. Stay in Giardini Di Naxos as it’s cheaper than Taormina. Ballestrate beach is beautiful and lots of parking and food places.

    Mixed, beach restaurants people very good on the whole . Found Sicily to be dirty outside beach resorts masses of rubbish at roadside, online maps ineffective in towns, inadequate / damaged road signs frequent.

    Seat Ibiza
    For UK drivers Sicily can be an experience not for the faint hearted. Palermo is like the Wild West for driving and I would strongly recommend leaving the car in a car park. Make sure you have maximum insurance and keep an eye in your rear view mirror as Sicilians all think they are Grand Prix Drivers. Great fun tho'
