Pros: Previous damage. Looks good. But trunk wouldn’t close. Actually had groceries fall out because it opened in the drive. But great service as they swapped out car without any hassle.- delivered. But the next car has a super bad tire. Had a flat. Then a blow out. Then the spare was low on air. But again - great service as they sent out someone to fix and provide good tires.

While we have already expressed these concerns with your staff over several phone calls during our stay, we wanted to share them in written form and collectively find a solution.   In short, due to mechanical and technical issues, our car required replacement on 2 instances, was not usable for 4 days of our 9-day rental, and we incurred

Cons: I was under the impression that a rental agent was meeting us at the airport, holding a sign w/ our name. Another person told us, when the agency van pulled up 15 minutes later, that the van covered 3 different rental agencies. If he hadn’t told us that, I’m not sure how we would have connected it together

Pros: They were able to change out our first vehicle when it became dangerous to operate. Transmission failure going uphill at our residence.

Cons: The car was horrible. Rent-a-Wreck has better vehicles.

Pros: The representatives were top notch. Very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: The car was pretty banged up. had to be sure to take lots of pictures to have peace of mind that I wouldn't be held accountable for the damage. It is understandable that on a small island cosmetic repairs would be difficult to get.

Cons: Car was old, many dents( had to take many pictures before renting), funky noises while driving, and (most important) air conditioning was not satisfactory, very loud (broken) fan noise at top setting.

Pros: no hassles. Just filled out the paperwork that was presented when securing the car. They didn't try and sell us a whole bunch of extras.

Cons: We booked a vehicle for our trip and when we arrived, there were no vehicles available for our reservation. Thankfully the gentleman working there found us a vehicle through another agency but we waited 2 hours in the heat until we got one.

Cons: We got to the (dingy) office and were told there were no cars, even though we had a reservation. Agent was rude. We waited outside in the parking lot for over two hours until a car showed up.

Cons: A representative was supposed to meet us at a pick up point outside the airport. He did not, but someone else was able to contact him and he showed up soon afterwards.

Cons: Closed when flight arrived late due to weather. Had to take taxi but they did take off sone money and brought us car to hotel the next day

Cons: They said no evidence of insurance, so we purchased for additional $123. No refund of $500 deposit on car yet! Pros: I was sceptical with this rental expecting the worst. Rental agency honoured quote without any issues. Transfer to car rental from airport was remedied with a phone call. Otherwise no significant issues.

Cons: Difficult to find the agent at the airport. Slow check in procedure. Charged $80 for a defective battery which the technician replaced. Charged for an extra day after informing the agency that I would be arriving a day late. Sloppy and unprofessional staff.
