Pros: Nothing, very arrogant and unfriendly.
Cons: I choose this car rental because it was written direct rental car at the airport without shuttle bus. But we saw not possible, all car rental had shuttle bus. Never again. We missed 2 days because of the battery and the flat tire. And even they wanted that we pay something on top. They should give us money back...not visversa.
Cons: Car was smelly not sure if it had been cleaned proprly, radio didnt work, broke down battery was dead then it wasn't fitted properly! The driver was not at the airport when we landed had to call them twice to make sure we were getting picked up!
Pros: Service rep was understanding and helpful
Cons: Car was in horrible condition - missing dashboard parts, missing door handle, huge hole in the trunk, non-functioning AC, leaking oil.
Pros: Speed at the pick-up/drop-off point. No problems with checking the car at the drop-off point.
Cons: Not always so friendly.......mabey because of the high season.
Pros: Friendly. No upselling
