Pros: Easy to get to and new clean cars.

Cons: We had to wait longer than usual at the airport like 30 minutes for the van to take us there then they tried to give me a 5 seater when I ordered a 7. I had to spend more time than I would have liked on my vacation sorting this out.

Cons: Addcar did not exist on Sint Maarten. No representative met me, and when I tried the two phone numbers sent me by text, neither had any thing to do with AddCar. I had to rent a car from another unrelated firm. All in all a bad experience at 22:00 in the night at a place I have never been before, although the new rental firm was excellent.

Pros: Nothing!

Cons: They were not there to pick me up at the airport as promised. When i finally found someone to help, they stated they had no cars. We were told to get in a van without being told where we were going. We were taken to the other airport on the other side of the island and given a rental from there. We wasted over 2 hours of our vacation trying to get a rental. We were given a paper map to find our way back to the other airport when we have no idea how to get around the island. Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2500.00 - € 5000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 79 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Delivery fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
