Pros: The car rental company doesn't have its own desk at Podgorica Airport. Their representative will be waiting for you right outside the airport building—look for a 'Viaggiare' sign directly outside the exit.

Pros: After finding a position, the vehicle will be handed over very quickly.

Cons: There's no precise information about the person responsible for the rental, or where the parking space is located. It's located outside the terminal on a bench in front of the entrance. There's an additional €3 fee for airport parking, which is disclosed when signing the contract.

Pros: It went smoothly and the car worked great

Cons: It was a little challenging to locate the service, as there’s no desk in the terminal—they come to the terminal with the car for you, but you need to call them to have them come. I was able to arrange it easily by having another car rental desk call them. It is a very small airport and the car rental companies seem to all know each other. So it went well. It was just a little unclear at first, as I had expected to see a desk.

Pros: Very fast and not detailed check in/check out. Car was higher category than I reserved. I also changed a bit return time by e-mail, and late at night and immediately got confirmation.

Cons: I had an informations that rental desk is located in terminal but in real there is not and the rental agent wait for us outside of the terminal. It was not a big problem but I was a bit confused.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Mileage policy
Mileage is unlimited.
Mileage limitations will apply if the car is to be used for crossing country borders.
Details are available at the car rental company's reservation office.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Crossing country borders is only allowed for European Union countries.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 01.04.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
