Pros: Price. The price was pretty ok for an automatic transmission car, but honestly I would rather spend more to have a car with the headlights and no squeeky noises to drive on the serpentines. Pretty low fuel consumption, decent tires.

Cons: Severe shortage of staff! We waited exhausting 1,5h in line for the car pick-up. The car was in a very bad shape - dents & scratches all over the car, the headlights were so dim, we could hardly see the road. Extremely dangerous in the tunnels with no lighting and in the mountains. Several cars passing by gave the signal to turn on the lights, even though we tried all 3 modes. Squeeky sounds when accelerating and breaking. 5 days still waiting for the deposit return.

Pros: Easy to find the desk. That is all.

Cons: The car was nothing like the car advertised. It was old, bumped and scratched. The child seat had no padding at all at the back and was falling apart. I felt very sorry for our one year old. Upon returning the car, the company tried it on with us regarding a scratch on the car (of which there were many upon collection). I noticed they also did this with the couple before us in the queue. If you do chose this company, please take pictures of every detail of the car on collection.

Pros: Didn’t like anything about the service. Long waiting time, rude staff, poorly maintained fleet of cars, added extra cost for winter tyres without informing us

Cons: After landing, we waited 2 hours in the queue before we were attended to. When we were finally given a car, we were given one that was not the same class as we booked, dirty with dents all over and the remote key was missing so we had to manually open all door. Also the heaters weren’t working properly! When we asked to swap, they made such a fuss and were extremely rude. Asked us to rejoin the queue (the one we waited 2 hours in initially) and then charged us an extra £7 a day for winter tyres

Pros: Easy drop off

Cons: We waited for 20min before it was our turn, though there were only two people in front of us in the queue. Then we had to wait for an hour because they did not have a car for us. They did not want to upgrade us for free so we had to wait in the airport. Although the car had 70,000, it was not in a good condition, the steering was extremely used and did not feel safe, the tires were extremely used and therefore dangerous. We skidded a couple of times on steep road. Very dangerous car.

Pros: I liked the fact I wasn't ever disturbed while travelling

Cons: To be honest, I am never renting a car with Green Motion: 1. They applied mandatory extra charges at the car pick-up 2. When I tried to extend for 5 days, they applied 3x prices and left me no choice but to accept as I was in a different city. No season change, no new circumstances, but they put a crazy price tag, regardless of our initial contract. I am very disappointed with Grren Motion

Pros: The car was provided in terrible driving conditions. Health safety was ignored, tyres had been consumed beyond tread limit. Car pulled to the right on a straight line. Car had broken driver side mirror. Car had huge dents on roof

Cons: I was miss sold green card for extortionate sums of money when i did not need one nor leave the country. I was bullied and threatened by staff at the desk to purchase it or face security and not getting the car. This is all recorded on camera as evidence.

Cons: Convertible car ordered VW Eos; was not available; other convertible car could somehow not cross any border country. The so called "upgrade" we received instead was charged at 150 euro too high. A device to get acces on the internet charged at 7 euro/day did not work outside of Montenegro which the agent for sure knew very well. We felt cheated! Leaving car at different location (dubrovnik instead of Podgorica) costed 156 euro which we didn't pay (taxi 80 euro only)…

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 750 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, State Tax.
Rate excludes
The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied: Winterization fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
The driver license must be written in Latin, Cyrillic alphabet.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, photocard driving license.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
The following are accepted methods of payment:MasterCard, Visa.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

Maestro, American Express, Cash, Diners, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Geographical restrictions
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Albania, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains, Winter tires, Wi-Fi.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 4 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
