Pros: The efficient pick up speed. No hard sell for things like extra insurance. Sensible policy on returning car fuelled to pick up level. Realistic outlook on the condition of the car which hade a number of scuffs and scratches on collection.

Cons: It took a few days to have the deposit paid back onto my credit card after returning the car

Cons: The car had a missing rear wiper and the engine was very weak. The car, Kia Ceed, was barely able to accelerate to 120 km/h. The acceleration took forever. I think the tires were not balanced well, as there was noise during driving.

When picking up the car at TopCar, the representative told me that I have two choices, either they take €500 from my account and return them back, or I pay €45 for full coverage.I said I have already paid that €45 in Discovercars for full coverage.He said that this is for Discovercars and not for us.So I preferred to pay again €45 for full coverage (again), which I knew it was clear theft.Totally disrespectful

Pros: The car was in a really good conditions. The value for money was satisfying. The drop off was easy, close to the airports entrence.

Cons: The rental desk wasn't easy to find. It's located somewhere in the basement. There were only two agents and way to many clients. The waiting time was looooong. But the most disturbing thing was the baby seat. The baby seat delivered was dirty, uncomfortabel und broken. We didn't want our baby to sit in it and we asked for another one. The answer was that there was no other one. After many trials and almost losing our nervs, they found another baby seat which was a bit better. Unacceptable!
