Pros: facil de localizar y contactar, y la atencion de los agentes de las oficianal

Cons: la fiabilidad de los coches (deberian verificar que funciona todo adecuadamente... antes de entregar) y la gestion de las incidencias-reemplazos, lentas, que nos hicieron perde mucho tiempo de vacaciones, y ademas no se gestiono la devolucion de la gasolina de mas que tenia el coche en el segundo cambio de coche.

Pros: For the same price as in other rental companies, I got a car with full insurance and a second driver included in the price

Cons: When I rented the car, I was simply given the keys and no one really checked anything. The same thing happened when I returned the car: I handed over the keys and that was the end of it. It felt a little strange to me that everything was handled in such a simple way. Of course, this can also be seen as a positive :-)

Pros: We rented a elektric car, but the charging stations app vil not accept a Danish passport (they accept my Mastercard) so I did not get accept to use the charmerende. And we hat to chance to a petrol car. It was No problem to get a petrol car but i think the charcing compani must look how BP do That was the only compani where it woork ok for turister

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery within city limits to hotels is free of charge.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 180 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
