Pros: Very fast delivery even if we were 30 minutes before pick time

Cons: They gave us the car with very low fuel ( he wrote 1/4 but it was 1/8) . In 15 minutes car was already in reserve . It’s not a big problem but it’s better to receive the car with a bit more fuel so u don’t have to search a gas station as first thing

Pros: The pick up agent was polite and friendly and the process was fast.

Cons: But while receiving the car we noticed that the front Tyre looked a little flat yet the agent said it was fine and after driving the car the tyre got busted just 30 minutes later. John was very helpful and sent us a repair team in less than 10 minutes and they even changed the car for us, but the cleanliness wasn’t great. I just hope no other person goes through the terrible experience I had with Niren at drop off especially since they’re operating using a reputable brand like Thrifty

Pros: The car was instant ready and in good condition. It managed all roads. Drop off was fast and easy.

Pros: Car was old I was scare to drive in first place. Wiper was missing. Tire was in terrible condition.

Pros: Our hire car developed two small issues. Contacted Thrifty and vehicle was exchanged at my location in an exceptional quick time, in a very professional and courteous manner at the place I was staying with no inconvenience to myself.

Cons: Nothing negative at all..... everything thing was great. Quick and easy pickup and drop off process. Professional, helpful, and well run. Definitely would use again on my trip to Mahe Seychelles.

Cons: The cat was in a pretty bad condition. It had suffered some damage before and it had some mechanicla issues. It was making some noises in wheels what car should not make.

Pros: John waited for us at the airport as we arrived very late (21:00 after office hours) and made the handover a breeze. He let us drop off the car at the catcoco jetty for 20€ extra which was very convenient for us traveling with kids & luggage. He met us for drop off and was over punctual. Nice friendly service !

Cons: We were a bit surprised to get a rental with only half a tank .. we drove it empty filled up and ended exactly at the level we got it - no issue - just a bit uncommon.

Cons: Poor car conditions (damaged panels, clinking interior noises, steering pulled to left). No refund if u refuel the car more than at pick-up (I managed it because of the inaccurate fuel gauge).

Pros: Quick pick up, easy to find, easy to return. A flat tyre was taking care of quickly by Thrifty. An excess charge for damage (someone stole our right mirror while it was parking) was surprisingly reasonable.

Cons: The car has a smell of cigarette smoking, a bit of beaten look, very basic features.

Cons: We had to change our car because of an issue with the brakes. They failed on me and could have caused a serious accident. I was told this is because the brakes are new and if that's the case, the car shouldn't have been given to me in the first place.

Cons: The car was definately the worst car I have ever driven and I have been driving many cars over last 25 years.. brakes, clutch, engine - all completely wrong.. I would not bet a dollar that car had technical inspection completed in last 5 years.. interior very much used.. well it must have been 20 years old and the only possitive fact about that car was the size of the trunk..

Cons: The car was old, the guy literally stole us and admitted it was for his family. There is another way to make a living for his family stealing is never an excuse. The man a checkin took charged us 30€ extra to drop the car to another place. In the bill it was states 20€. When I asked why the he took us 10€ euros he told us that was for his family and asked me to not tell his boss. Ok some people live in poverty but stealing neverd helped anyone.

Cons: The car I was given was a bit nooot so perfect outside, but at least the engine and gearbox were working perfectly.
