Pros: Efficient car hire

Cons: There was some uncertainty about collection. Just told to go to car park and we would be found. We were early as difficult to judge time it would take to the airport so we had to wait for some time for someone to turn up.

Cons: The car was terrible. Rusty in all places, the gear and the Motor were so used up, it was uncomfortable to the end. Also we were told “not to have sand” in the car. Which is kind of stressful when you’re on an island. In the end we arranged drop off at the port and waited for 10 minutes for the person to come and take the car back, Almost missing our ferry. None of the given numbers were reachable.

Cons: My flight was late, and when I landed the representative was not there at the airport and I had to make a call from the local people to check where the person is. It took around an hour to get the car later.

Cons: The baby seat was not attached to the car seat, we had to do it on our own. We received no confirmation of our payment, and only got it days later as a photo via whatsapp. We were assured a GPS, but received none, with the explanation that "nobody uses it on the Seychelles". At the day of departure a different agent came to pick up the car. This wasn't announced to us and the person had no ID to prove he was indeed a rental agent.

Pros: They were really nice and friendly, helpful and courteous. The service was great.

Cons: The car was poor. It was dirty inside. The clutch was problematic when fully pressed (and even after a complaint, they said it was fixed but nothing was done). Otherwise. it was OK for the money, but if I knew its condition in advance I would have spent more for a better car.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax, Delivery fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
No deposit is required during the rental period.
Payment policy
At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

When paying with cash, a debit/credit card issued on the main driver's name is required for security purposes.
American Express, JCB, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 1 additional drivers.
The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery within city limits to hotels is free of charge.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
