Sales Hub is not the rental company, it's OKAP Cars, this Sales Hub is just sub-contracting another company, meaning you book with DiscoverCars, that book with YSH, that book with OKAP Cars and therefore the information/requests are lost in the middle of this big confusion, that's why nobody was there to pick us up. Okap was OK at least.

There was no such person there, and after waiting for 10 minutes I was lucky to find a representative meeting another customer. That representative had to make several phone calls before finallt being told to direct me to a car hire desk in arrivals.
