Pros: Didn’t like their service. However we rented a 7 seater and they gave us a 9 seater. Which was cool.
Cons: Terrible service, they didn’t mention they only accept cash even though they take card payments for deposit. This is a joke. How can they expect foreigners to only pay by cash in such a large some. Also, when we returned the car it’s like they were so desperate to find faults so they can keep our deposit. They tried to pin a previous dent to us. Joke of a company, from now on I’ll ensure I stick to the big company’s (Sixt, Enterprise etc)

In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
The driver is fully responsible for the cost of the repairs for any damage to the mirrors, tires, undercarriage and all mechanical parts of the vehicle. This is not limited to the excess amount.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
