Pros: Pan, z obsługi, z którym można pożartować, jego poczucie humoru to 100 na 100!!! Auto, które dostałyśmy było nowiutkie i dużo lepsze od tego, jaki wybrałyśmy. Zdecydowanie polecam!!!

Cons: Klienci przed nami, którzy nie przeczytali zasad wypożyczenia i zablokowali nam możliwość sprawnego odbioru. Ludzie!!! Nie zabierajcie innym czasu urlopowego i przygotujcie się na sprawne załatwienie sprawy!!!

Pros: I appreciated that when picking up the car, the rep made sure I knew how to adjust the seat, turn on lights, etc. Really great service in both Rijeka and Pula.

Cons: It was a little tricky to find where to go when dropping off the car in Pula, since we had picked up in another city.

Pros: Straightforward and no hassle unlike another car hire company in another city who gave my car to another customer as my plane was delayed then berated me for not letting them know.

Cons: The agent showed up when the office opened and said that we showed up early for our car and then left 5 minutes later for coffee for 40 minutes while we waited not knowing a thing about how long we might have to wait, where the car was or if the car was available at all. We saw her sit and have coffee with friends and didn’t tell us a thing!! Finally she came back and said that she would start the paperwork to rent the car which took 20 minutes which she should have been doing instead of coffee

Cons: Service was good but car was annoying because it was VERY hard to see out the back and no camera so hard to park. Should use cars with good visibility. Also, no windshield washer fluid.

Pros: Car was fine.

Cons: Would not use this rental company again. Queue to pick up car at RJK airport was well over an hour despite there only being 3-4 people ahead of us when we joined. They then charged a EUR 800 fee for a small dent in the roof which was entirely outside of our control (possibly from a storm). Attendant at the booth was smug and rude throughout the process.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Winter tires, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Economy, Mini a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
Payment policy
At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
The following payment methods are accepted: Diners, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

American Express, Cash is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 90 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 12 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
