Pros: Be careful, they are telling you that you don’t have to return the car with full tank but at the end brackish they have cheaper fuel than thr gas station. There is a fixed price for refueling, no matter if the tank is totally empty or almost fully filled. So this is good deal only when car has fuel tank bigger than 45 liters and you will return it totally dry.

Pros: Everything online and car was ready, clean and well arranged.
Cons: Salesman explained during car pick up that if I return car empty tank, it would be cheaper. Bla bla… This is a contradictory claim since Sixt own automatic email explain the condition of returning the car empty tank will cost additional sevice fees.
Pros: Nice new car. I've got Peugeot 2008 instead of VW golf. Car was in the top condition.
Cons: Long waiting time at pickup. I spoke with customers who had been waiting at the counter for over 15 minutes. They had not been properly informed that a credit card was required for the security deposit. This is not Flizzr's fault—the brokers should provide clearer information on their websites.
Pros: Great communication and service on collection of car. Nice clean car.
Pros: Friendly staff, they spoke really good english which is very helpful.
Cons: Rijeka is small airport so everything was easy to find and the car collection was super simple.
Rental Conditions

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Standard a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU. Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

There is an additional charge for each driver.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
