The car rental location at George Bush Intercontinental Airport is reached by taking a five-minute shuttle bus ride from the terminals. Proceed to the lower level baggage claim area, then follow the signs to the courtesy bus pickup area. Board the white bus with "Rental Car Shuttle" printed on the side. If you are a local renter, follow the rental car return signs from JFK Boulevard or Will Clatyon to reach the rental car facility at 17330 Palmetto Pines. Once you reach the car rental facility, proceed to the car rental counter on the lower level of the facility.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax, Customer Facility Charge (CFC).
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Recovery Fee, Facility Charge, Vehicle License Fee, Energy Surcharge, Tourism levy.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
All cars are equipped with Toll pass / E-toll device, and the customer must pay an additional fee of 4.45 USD to 15.99 USD per day, depending on the travel area. If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of 5.00 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each paid or unpaid toll will apply.
You’ll be charged a service fee of 15.99 USD per day up to a maximum of 99.00 USD per rental in addition to the tolls, which will be charged to your credit card after the rental period.
