Cons: The agent was very rude and pushy to sell other services. Trying to use scare tactics. Do not like the fact of nothing being given upon car returns to confirm ok condition,

Cons: They're overwhelmed, it takes more than an hour to get a car or conduct any kind of transaction other than dropping off.

Pros: The price was affordable and the car was clean, good condition,and as promised.

Cons: The agent was unprofessional. Didn't greet us when we walked into the office, just looked at her phone and said "scan the qr code". I had two small children with me, tired and cranky and found her to be extremely unhelpful. My biggest complaint would be the options for carseats. I have a 2yr old and 4yr old. There was an option of highback booster for my 4yr old which worked out fine, but for my 2yr old there were no options. We settled for the infant bc his size requires a 5pt harness but it wa

Cons: waiting one hour in 100 degree weather for the shuttle bus. During this time I saw 6 busses to the IAH rental car center. I'm aware now!

Cons: They charged me a late fee of $25 because my flight was delayed and I showed up 1 hour later than the time I had scheduled to pick the car up. They office was still open so it made no difference to them what time I showed up at that point. I am also fairly certain the gentleman who was helping me was on drugs. He was distracted watching videos on his phone and took a very long time to process the pick up. The gentleman who helped me during the drop off was better.

Cons: An undamaged car was not available at time of pickup. I was given an unsafe car to drive on Houston highways for four days.

Cons: So wait for a car was several hours. We walked away and ended up losing $45 and renting from a different agency. Do not attempt to rent from them. Rude and inefficient are understatements.

Pros: It was cheap but I would have happily paid more for a quicker less aggravating experience. I liked the representative, she gave me snacks.

Cons: It took over an hour to get my car. It was not the representatives fault. She was seriously understaffed and it seems like the check in process despite having to precheck-in is outdated and slow. It was not with the other rental car services so had to wait for a special bus. Terrible experience. I am going to post my experience on other platforms so other travelers do not make the same mistake.

Pros: The customer rep at the location did a good job taking care of my request and needs for the car rental. He went above and beyond to help me. Great job.

Cons: The time spent was entirely too long to pick up my rental even though I had done all the pre-registration paperwork before time. It must have taken 30+ minutes to be seen and actually get to the front desk.

Cons: when picking up the car, i told the agent that a low tire warning light was on. she said it was because it was cold. IT WAS 61 DEGREES. fine, it's your tire.

Pros: It is impossible to like anything about Easirent - worst company ever!

Cons: Everything is horrible, starting from 4 pages of small legal text that was sent to us after paying online, to 2 + hours waiting for 3 people in front of us to get to the agent (40 minutes per person!) and requirements to prove that you have regular insurance including full blown policy .... Just horrible - never ever rest from them and telling everybody I know to avoid Easirent and Discover Cars

Pros: I did not like the hotel the car rental was in was also terrible. They expect you to drop the car in the back of the hotel, but the back door is always locked. They wont let you in, so you have to walk all the way around the hotel in order to drop off the keys. They tell you to hurry up, but they won't even let you inside the building, you have to walk around. They do not care if you miss the shuttle. When it was the car rental associate, they expected us to let her in through the back doors.

Cons: Everyone is just straight up rude. I don't understand why the rental would be in the back of the hotel where all the cars are, but you can't even enter from the back. They expect you to walk around the hotel. The shuttle bus from hotel to airport driver only prioritizes the hotel guests & almost left us because they wouldn't open the door for us.

Cons: It seemed like a scam to me. Staying there is unlimited service only to find out this is not true among other reasons.

Pros: Easirent staff was AWFUL. Rude, lazy, unhelpful. The car was not ready. Car was empty of fuel. The return was as bad of the pick up. The only good thing was the price and the fact that the car was new. I never encountered in my life renting car such a poor effectiveness from the staff.

Cons: Shuttle to the office was overcrowded and only runs every thirty minutes. Rental office is t clearly marked in a hotel lobby. Had to wait almost an hour with only two people ahead of me. Staff were friendly but seemed frustrated. Quite a bit more documentation required than any other rental agency. Gave me an upgrade but the car was broken and not drivable. Had to wait for another car to be found. That car wasn’t cleaned but I helped clean out the big stuff and we took it in the condition it was

Pros: Definitely do not recommend easirent I made a reservation for 8 am It was 1130am and I still hadn’t spoken to someone no was the car ready. I had somewhere to be so I canceled the car and never got the rental. Horrible experience

Cons: If staffing is an issue i understand but a 3 hour wait and still no car and still no service that’s horrible experience for anyone. I will not be using this provider again

Pros: It was fast, of course that was after I was done waiting the time that my flight showed up early to avoid the early rental fees.

Cons: Hours are limiting. I was very worried that I wouldn't make it to the office on time to get my car so I took a cab from airport rather than wait for the bus. They close at 6pm so be sure you get there in time.

Cons: Agents at rental desk for not friendly and a little rude. Rental car had damage, front grille was hanging. I removed so it would not fall off while driving, potentially hitting a car behind me, creating a very dangerous situation. Agent said "what am supposed to do with this! Just leave it in the car". I told her that I had luggage and 4 people and that she needed to keep it AND document on paperwork that the vehicle had damage and the part is with Easirent, not in car. She was very aggravated.

Pros: The lady at the Easirent desk inside the hotel was polite. It wasn't her fault the car was dirty or the business model is messed up so no need to blame her!

Cons: Everything was poor. I would pick another options at this point before using Easirent again. I'm not going on trip advisor and leaving negative comments or blasting this on any other media because I understand businesses can make mistakes and we all deserve second chances. My advice: 1. Clean the inside of the cars before the customer takes possession. 2. Let the customers know in bigger font on the email communication where to go to get a ride to the rental office!

Cons: Everything else. Will never rent from you again if I can avoid it. Very time consuming getting the car as well as dropping it off. The first car you gave me had shoe boxes in it, was not even close to clean and had no wiper fluid.

Cons: I was unaware that upon arrival to the airport I was supposed to call for a shadow bus to be picked up. I waited for almost an hour being unaware of so. Most shadow buses run on pre arranged schedule and I thought this was gonna be the same case. Perhaps a notification during the reservation will would be helpful to avoid this problem again.
