Cons: A lot of time waiting at the desk to take the car. We should pay more because the car we selected was not available, The person didn't attend with the enough time. On top od that the price increased a lot because the insurance a franchise, They told me that the price was not include full coverage, however, I don't know why because I selected full coverage when I rent it with your company. Can you please provide some details or explanations. The experince was not good at all. I paid 435 €

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1750 km per rental, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 1700.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Environmental charge, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Compact, Standard, Intermediate, Fullsize a driver license issued at least 5 years ago is required.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Wagons, Special a driver license issued at least 10 years ago is required.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses from non-EU countries (except Switzerland) are accepted if no visa has been entered in the passport.
All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
