Cons: Very disappointing experience with Rentscape and Discover.com. There was no clear pickup time information on the voucher, and we were charged €50 for being "late" with no flexibility. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The car was very dirty and full of scratches — far from what you'd expect from a professional rental. Would not recommend at all.

Pros: Very low prices and helpful friendly staff. Pick up and drop off was super easy.

Cons: The car was clean inside but VERY dirty on the outside and in the door jams and around the boot etc. The staff offered us another car but it was the same. I believe their policy is to offer a clean car inside but not necessarily outside, so it could be a cultural difference (or a low pricing thing). Overall, still a great deal and experience and I would use RentScape again.

Pros: I've never received mail with documents for changing cars. By dropping off the car there was only a cleaning lady. She told us that everything is ok and they will release our deposit till the end of the returning day-31.01.At the desk there was no employee. I still don't have my deposit released and have no answered a couple of mails from Rentscape.

Cons: 1. I was charged with extra few for winter tires - 25 euro/day, although I am sure that winter tires where included im the offer. Besides, I think that on december this shoul be a normal part of the car equipmemt so please eveynody pay.attention to this detail whike booking 3. There was a minor fault in car confition - the trafic light bulb was dead , and although rentscaoe fixed this, but it took more than an hour. As a result we left the airport after 3 p.m instead of 1 p.m and the plan ruined

Cons: Improvement on communication: the contact numbers on the voucher and website are wrong. The email on the website is not answered for several weeks, after repeated attempts. It is not clearly communicated IF there is a cost for cross-border, and what the cost is. One voucher say there is, another voucher say there isn't. There is no check-out document given. E-mails are not answered or after a long time. Deposit is returned after a week or so. I was not charged anything extra

Cons: Even though it was within the knowledge of the officers who delivered the car, the small damage on the body of the vehicle disturbed me. Likewise, the absence of the vehicle logo on the steering wheel did not make me happy in terms of aesthetics.

Pros: THEESE ARE our didn't like. We received the vehicle from a region with heavy snowfall (Basel). There were no winter tires installed on the vehicle. They told us that we had to rent a chain, otherwise the police would give us a fine if they saw it. For the chain rental fee, they first asked for 75 EU, then they asked for 50 EU with a discount.

Cons: But we saw that the chains were sold for 35 EU in the nearest supermarket. If there is a criminal sanction and in accordance with the region, winter tires should be installed on the vehicles. The company wanted to compensate for this deficiency by renting chains to us and charging excessive prices.

Pros: It was horrible. Because I got a good price on a car they would not rent to me unless it seems as I purchased additional insurance.

Pros: Disappointing : I asked the agent if I need to do anything when travelling abroad. The agent said no, so I didn't purchase a sticker for Switzerland, Austria and Germany and now I am afraid of getting huge fines. I would expect the agent to know this basic knowledge and to teach it for the customers

Cons: The car's air-conditioning wasn't cooling. I asked the agent about i. He said it would take time, so I kept driving. Drove 5 hours to Switzerland with no air-conditioning in 34 degrees. Then had to fight the agent on the phone that I cant go back to france to change a car (even though they had only a smaller car to Give us. Finally they let us fix the car, so it took us a long 5 hours of travelling time. Was very disappointing for a short trip in Switzerland
