Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: The car was a bit trashed outside but suppose to be expected due to road conditions. Very disappointed we couldn't find the depot to drop the car off due to the instruction's sixt sent giving us the wrong location.

Pros: When our flight was delayed they reached out to see if we still and when we needed the car. They opened a line of communication and it was easy to reach them if needed. The car was great - easy to maneuver and we appreciated the 4x4 when exploring the national park. Customer service picking up and dropping off was great!
Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 695.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
If the duration of your stay in Costa Rica is longer than 3 months, a driver license issued in Costa Rica is required.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
