Pros: When I arrived at the airport, the shuttle was already there and I didn't have to wait. One of the SixT staff put my bags into my rental car.

Cons: On picking up the car, SixT staff said damage to the car incurs a $3K excess. Informed him I took out insurance to waive the excess. He didn't have that info. He failed to tell me that in the event of damage to the car, I would still have to pay $3K to SixT then claim it back from Discover Cars. When I returned the car, it had scratches on it. SixT staff insisted on a $3K payment. I was confused & disputed it. Tried to contact Discover Cars. I was held up a long time & missed my flight.

Pros: It was new clean I liked all the cabinets around the car very modern

Cons: The man jammed my sons hand in the door . Was to small tbh we were jammed in a small area with our children and the door jammed my child's finger for 20 seconds they done nothing. Acted like it was our fault absolutely rude not even a cold pack or cloth to sooth a 4 year old absolutely disgusting customer service . I should have pushed chargers my child is bruised for life from that event

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 2990.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
An administrative charge of 5 % will apply for payments made using the following card(s) Debit cards.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Toll pass / E-toll device.

There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/collection service is not provided.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
