1. Upon arrival at Wellington International Airport, please phone 0800 800 338 Or 021 198 8952 to request the courtesy shuttle bus.  2. The shuttle pick up area can be found by exiting the terminal through the ground floor from Door G, turn right straight away and walk along the path for about 100 meters. Proceed to Pre-booked Vehicles & Car Rental Shuttles Waiting Zone. 3. Please email us your flight details to wellington@yesaway.com for airport pickup & drop-off.
Drop-off instructions
Please give us a call on 0800 800 338 or 021 198 8952 one hour before your actual drop-off time, so we could make sure the free shuttle service is booked before your arrival and take you back to the airport terminal. Please clarify Drop-off instructions with Car Provider upon Pick-up.

Pros: The agents were helpful. The hybrid car was very ecomical.

Cons: The car was in average condition, there was a lot of rubbish and food crumbs under the front seats. It was strange to be told that if I had a car accident or something happened to the car I wouldn’t get a replacement car.

Pros: Lovely staff. Hybrid car. Green!

Cons: Yes away Wellington branch has appalling EFTPOS Machine. Doesn’t work. This happened last time I rented with them as well. Tried and tried. But machine not connecting. I eventually left with car after leaving $100 cash that they kept for me in envelope on my return. Very unprofessional. Staff were very embarrassed as it happened all the time.

Pros: Got ripped off. Noticed 1200 being charged to my card.no call or email to tell me. But then to sms saying the screen was cracked? And it wasn’t.I was happy to meet owner at drop off them he said he couldn’t be there but was happy for me to leave car in the same condition as I picked up, which I did maybe cleaner.and they wait for me to get to Australia and then charge me for a broken window?? What the hell I want full compensation or il take this further

Cons: A little difficult to find where to meet at the airport and no undercover area to wait while they brought the car over. It was pouring and blowing a gail. But now we know we would just wait in the airport until they arrived.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2295.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 40 days.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
