Cons: No checking of car condition together - administrative error (wrong car damage report) but instantly acknowledged and reassured when reported by email - so all resolved immediately without issue - so not a big deal.

Cons: However, it was disturbing not to receive a copy of the contract (only a covering sheet). The information on the car key ring was so faded as to be almost illegible, and one of the hub caps on the car was missing though this was not notified.

Cons: High deposit and the fact that to accept a Debit card one has to pay a 100% rental charge extra. Something which other rental companies like Centauro, S_car does not charge you and accept a Debit card and have lower deposit amounts blocked on Debit Card. Shame on you Sicily by Car !!

Pros: Lovely, friendly people and a perfect car; I mailed them about what I needed, and they helped, unlike the car rental I booked first, and subsequently cancelled. It was all so easy and efficient.

Pros: Was quick and friendly staff when picking up the car. When we came to drop off, there was a very large queue since another plane had recently landed. I used the key drop box and received confirmation later that there were no other charges.

Pros: The check in agent was really friendly, we waited for some other people before picking the car up so there wasn't much of a queue to pick it up. When we came to return it there was a big queue for the counter desk and I just put my keys in the drop box. I was nervous doing that after the horror stories you hear but received confirmation everything was fine.

Pros: Very quick check in, no issues with returning the car. Didn’t feel like they were out to sting you for previous marks to the car. All in all, very good experience

Cons: It wasn’t the car I reserved so ended up with a 4x4 but a jeep which had a much smaller boot then we would have liked but the car was nice to drive so managed in the end

Cons: Leaflet given on picking up only contained the bay where the car was parked, and not even the rental agreement number. Could not retrieve the latter until arriving at destination (via email). What if I had been challenged by authorities?

Cons: As there was a long queue there was a wait of over an hour, not the fault of the car rental company but frustrating and inconvenient as we were not able to get to our accommodation until after 10pm and as a result didn't get a chance to eat that evening.
