9/18/24

Pros: Great airport location, no queuing and good value. Note we would welcome a fully scratched car so that we don't have to worry about return condition!

Cons: Fuel was only 7/8 full. Car dirty. Wrongly insisting that international driving licence required when it was not. Lack of process at drop off to assure us that car was satisfactory.
United States of America (USA)
Peugeot 208
9/16/24

Pros: Multilingual staff person who was familiar with Discover Cars contracts.

Cons: Unusual statement on the desk that warned against bringing the car back with mud on the sides or bugs on the windshield.

Cons: Car wasn’t clean. There was no more windshield washer fluid
Romania
Kia Picanto
5/8/23

Cons: The agent did not speak English at all, and we struggled to understand each other, and then used Google Translate! The car was in terrible condition, it had scratches and dents allover the car. The tank was not full, the agent said it is 5 out of 8 and I should bring it the same. The tank was actually 4 out of 8. I tried to return to the desk to claim this, but the Autovia representative was not there and the phone was on his desk, due to the car condition I assume it was on purpose!
United Kingdom
SEAT Arona
4/30/23

Pros: Car was ideal for our needs.

Cons: Process too slow at time of collecting the car.
United Kingdom
Kia Picanto
11/24/22

Pros: Very good price, car fine, easy pickup. Friendly, efficient agents

Cons: The car lacked the cover shelf for the boot. Also the idea that you have to clean the interior of the car is weird. Only real problem is that the rental parking is not very near so you have to wait for the agent to go out and check it when you return the vehicle. Allow 15 mins for this).
