Cons: The agent did not speak English at all, and we struggled to understand each other, and then used Google Translate! The car was in terrible condition, it had scratches and dents allover the car. The tank was not full, the agent said it is 5 out of 8 and I should bring it the same. The tank was actually 4 out of 8. I tried to return to the desk to claim this, but the Autovia representative was not there and the phone was on his desk, due to the car condition I assume it was on purpose!

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher. Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 25 EUR refueling service charge.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
