Cons: The car was not as big as we’d ordered we waited over 1hr 15 minutes for the car and the Jeff’s staff were gone we found a man with the keys by accident but even then weren’t told we’re the car was , ( there was also another couple with children in the same predicament) . The car itself was ok just for my partner whose 6 ft 2 it was too small

Cons: The car rental agents at the pick up charged me extra money as a result of pick up airport being closed for bad weather. The desk was supposed to be closed at 6:30pm according to the agent, so I was charged extra 30Euro for showing up at 6:35pm even though the desk apparently was open till 7:30pm. When I drop off the car there was no representative agent at the desk, but just a notice saying it will be back soon, I waited for 45min and no show.

Pros: Fast turn around time at the desk. Smooth driving car. After returning the vehicle I left my backpack between the child seats. They took the effort, desk was closed!!, to collect the backpack from the car and bring it in the airplane (we were ready for departure). This is a fabulous service.

Cons: Child seats really expensive (2 seats 3 weeks 180€). Lot of scratches on the car and no person checking the status with me up-front.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Outside of business hours, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, Railway fee, Port fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 80 % battery charge remaining.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
