Cons: The service was appalling. 1 hour wait to pick up the car, before then being charged a fee for dropping off the car at a different location, despite this having been paid at the time of booking. The rental agent refused to look at the booking voucher and would not hand over the car unless the fee was paid. As it was extremely late I had no choice but to pay the extra fee. Car had a coolant leak and 4 flat tyres upon pick up. Then got charged a mystery after drop off. No explanation provided.

Cons: My car had a few scratches (that were noted on pick up) and a cigarette hole in the drivers seat (that was not noted). I felt anxious that I would be deemed responsible for the damage (although I wasn’t).

Pros: The delivery of the car in Fiumicino was very quick and fast.

Cons: Really a bad highway experience. Starting because the employee who gave me the car was 25 minutes late to open the store at Perugia airport. Then there was not the car I had rented and they offered me one of similar characteristics..... except that it was methane, they told me that it was similar, as I was in a hurry I agreed. It really was a disorder the 10 days I rented it. There is no availability of methane stations and it is more expensive than gasoline... It was a disorder!!! I'll never go

Cons: Minimal interaction, I was grunted at when I dropped the car off and the agent rolled their eyes when he saw the wooden shelf in the boot that was meant to be the replacement boot floor. He insinuated it was my fault!! Terrible attitude and rude.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU.

Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.
