Pros: The front desks representative was helpful and nice

Cons: The car wasn’t cleaned inside and outside. I think the car had the lowest possible engine fitted as it was very slow on picking up speed. Driving up a hill with 4 passengers was a struggle, couldn’t even shift into second gear.

Pros: Efficient and friendly service (when the staff member finally appeared).

Cons: There was no one at the desk, either when I arrived to pick up the car or when I dropped it off. When I arrived I called the mobile number that was displayed and, at the second attempt, got through to the staff member concerned, who said she was at the car-wash. She turned up about 15 minutes later. When I dropped off the car, I again called on the mobile and was told to leave the key in a box and board my flight.

Pros: The only positive was that the agent was friendly

Cons: A car with 86000km !! old& full of scratches.Constantly warnings on the dashboard. They tried first to give us a car with an empty tank and requested to bring it empty back, which is an mission impossible without loosing money on the gasoline. With the excuse that there was a lot of sand in the air the last days they gave us an extremely dirty car outside & INSIDE . Other cars on the same parking were clean. We paid addit. 97€ for full insurance AND they blocked still 250€ on the VISACARD

Cons: Fuel was meant to be full to full. It wasn’t therefore over filled on my return because you cannot judge when only partially filled. I think this is an excuse for them to make more money

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1760.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 74 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): Italy, EU.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card, valid driver license, booking voucher. Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: passport, credit card, valid driver license, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
A damage administration fee of 150 EUR will apply in the event of an accident or damage to the car.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is not available.

The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
