Pros: Piece of crap “Duster”

Cons: Terribly inefficient, long waits to take photos of car and do an inspection before we could leave.

Cons: Not really their fault, more the fault of the 3rd party webservice that made the booking. Costs were not transparent.
Pros: The assistant was helpful, and felt bad for our situation. Everyone else was rude.
Cons: Because we had purchased the full coverage insurance (a complete rip off) they wouldn’t help us and had us go thru the insurance company. Which was an automated service only in Spanish.

Rental Conditions

An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, EU countries.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of entry/exit into/out of the country, 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline). Please note, that the car rental provider only serves customers with outbound flight itinerary.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Mileage limitations will apply when the car is to be used for crossing country borders, crossing province borders.
Written permission from the rental company is required.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes. The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
