Pros: Car was in excellent shape and very clean. Agents very helpful and friendly.

Cons: Not really their fault, more the fault of the 3rd party webservice that made the booking. Costs were not transparent.

Pros: The assistant was helpful, and felt bad for our situation. Everyone else was rude.

Cons: Because we had purchased the full coverage insurance (a complete rip off) they wouldn’t help us and had us go thru the insurance company. Which was an automated service only in Spanish.

Pros: The car was clean and in excellent condition. The service, however, was horrendous and I will never use this car rental location or Discover Cars ever again.

Cons: 1. Took one hour to find the rental car agent at the airport and to be picked up. The communication to the contact person was inefficient. Lots of messaging back and forth with me saying the same thing over again. 2. Car cost more than double what I prepaid online due to additional insurance fees. 3. Routes Car & Truck Rentals agent at the counter was unfriendly and accused me of driving through water when I returned the car. This was not true.

Pros: NOTHING

Cons: The rate wasn't honored and I was asked to pay DOUBLE the agreed upon rate when I arrived. This is absolutely absurd and unacceptable. The manager was rude and offensive to me in front of my family. I left my family in the office, walked to another rental company in the same area and rented a car with them (Sixt) and they honored the rate I was supposed to get with your company. Your charge is still on my bill and it needs to be reversed. I would never ever ever use your service again.

Cons: DO NOT USE DISCOVER CARS!! Discover cars did not pay the full amount that was collected for me to the rental agency. They took $288 including insurance, and claimed the rental was paid in full. ITS WAS NOT. The rental then asked for another $305 because discover cars did not pay them . And the insurance purchased through discover cars was not enough. The rental agency then charged me AGAIN for insurance. Horrible! Do NOT USE DISCOVER CARS!

Pros: Service was terrible.

Cons: I rented a car through the online portal and was able to pay using my credit card. I was given the option of adding insurance to my purchase but it was not necessary and therefore didn’t end up purchasing it. Upon reaching our car rental destination they said insurance was necessary and that the card I used to pay with online was not accepted and the only other card on hand was a debit card which they were going to charge $161 dollars which is double what my rental order was for $83.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2125.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, EU countries.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of entry/exit into/out of the country, 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline). Please note, that the car rental provider only serves customers with outbound flight itinerary.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following country: USA.
Mileage limitations will apply when the car is to be used for crossing country borders, crossing province borders.
Written permission from the rental company is required.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information

In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes. The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
