Pros: Easy to find rep
Cons: Usual scam in Cabo. Rate was reasonable at $25 a day and then they insisted on tacking on an extra $40 a day for fake Mexican TPL (third-party liability insurance) even though Discover Cars provided contract clearly stated it was included in the price. I picked up a Europcar car for $15/ day the following week in Queretaro (also booked with Discover cars) and they didn’t charge the extra $40 a day. Clearly a scam that Discover Cars couldn’t help with. (Though the tried).

Cons: The price and insurance I purchased when I made the reservation was not honored. The representative seemed annoyed and ready to end his shift. I was not provided with a copy of the contract before leaving (it was supposed to be emailed). I even drove back the next morning. When I finally got a copy, there were errors on the contract, it did not have my name at all and the amount paid was much less. When returning, shuttle skipped us and not taking us (and others) back to the airport. Rude.
