Pros: They provided a very nice car for the money. It was pretty new and was clean, except for the windows. Great value!
Cons: It's offsite and a little difficult to find. The office isn't super clean either, but I'm renting a car, so who cares. A little unorganized, but overall, I'm very happy.

Cons: Terrible costumer service. They say they will provide a shuttle but when we asked for it that said we have to walk. It’s not close to the terminals. We had a lot of luggage so it was difficult for us. Staff is very rude. Did not do a good job explaining how things work. Then the car was disgusting. Not cleaned at all on the inside or the outside. The vehicle had a huge crack in the front wind shield. Then the check engine light came on after about 50 miles. Definitely do not recommend.
